Our Leadership Team
Lou Mason
Lou brings a unique blend of creativity, leadership, and mental health expertise to With Kokoro. Before co-founding the company, she built The Sunflower Network into a highly respected training platform and is now expanding that vision with With Kokoro—making high-quality mental health training more accessible than ever.
Her journey started in the arts, with a drama degree from Manchester University leading to a successful career as a producer and director in broadcast television. Over a decade ago, she retrained as a Child & Adolescent Counsellor, later adding a Diploma in Parent-Child Therapy, and has since run a thriving private practice in SW London. With 30 years of experience spanning creativity, leadership, coaching, and mentoring, Lou is passionate about helping others grow, learn, and find new possibilities—whether through training, coaching, or a meaningful conversation.
Dan Meade
Dan is the design and tech wizard behind With Kokoro, bringing over a decade of experience in building businesses that drive social good. He previously played a key role in shaping The Sunflower Network’s digital presence, and now, as co-founder of With Kokoro, he’s helping take things even further.
With a sharp tech brain, a creative eye, and a deep passion for mental health and helping others, Dan ensures that With Kokoro delivers a seamless, accessible, and engaging experience. Whether it’s designing intuitive platforms, building innovative digital solutions, or bringing big ideas to life, he’s always thinking about how technology can make learning and support more impactful for everyone.
